How to take the Bach Original Flower Remedies

A 30 ml glass mixing bottle is the best way to mix your personal formulat and the easiest way to carry the mixture with you.  


1)  Fill the mixing bottle to the "shoulder" with spring water; add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (maximum of 7), and take 4 drops of the mixture at least 4 times a day. 

2)  The Bach Original Flower Remedies can also be taken by placing  2 drops directly on the tongue; or rubbing onto the lips, behind the ears, on the temples or wrists.
