What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 14 days from date of shipment, with the exception of defective items which may be returned up to 30 days. If you receive an item you do not wish to keep, you may go on to our website and request a return. You will be issued an RMA and a shipping return label will be provided to you via email.
Terms and Conditions
a) Hoping and Coping will accept returns for a limited period as indicated above. All returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Any open and/or used products may not be returned.
b) Pre-approval for returns must be received by Hoping and Coping within 14 days from the shipment date of the Product. Pre-approval shall be obtained by logging on to HopingandCoping.com and requesting a RMA #. The RMA # must be assigned before the Product is shipped back to Hoping and Coping. Any product defect issues past this 14 day period must be submitted via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
(c) Any return Product that arrives to Hoping and Coping in used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. CUSTOMER will be notified of rejected returns via email, and may request that the products be sent back to them at their expense, plus a service fee.
